Shipping methods

A) Store pick-up

In 2-3 working days at the store El Almacén de Lozaza, C/ Núñez de Balboa 46, 28001 Madrid, Monday to Friday from 10:30h to 14:30h and from 17:00h to 20:00h, Saturdays from 11:00h to 14:30h. The maximum collection period for an order will be 15 working days from the date of purchase.

B) Home delivery

Free on orders over 600€ for shipments in mainland Spain and 1.000€ for Balearic and Canary Islands.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and shipping zone.

Community of Madrid:

0 – 1.99kg: 5€.

2 -4,99kg: 7€.

5-9.99kg: 9€.

10-14.99kg: 12€.

15-50kg: 20 €.

Peninsula:

0 – 1.99kg: 6€.

2 -4.99kg:8€.

5-9.99kg: 10€.

10-14,99kg: 12€.

15-50kg:20€.

Balearic Islands:

1-4.99 kg: 12 €.

5-9.99kg: 20€.

10-14,99kg: 32€.

15-50kg:45€.

Canary Islands:

1-4.99 kg: 16 €.

5-9.99kg: 20€.

10-14.99kg: 32€.

15-50kg:45€.

EU and other countries: check rates at info@elalmacendeloza.com indicating the products. The consignee will have to pay the customs duties, taxes and fees required by the laws of the country of destination.

In the event that the order contains several items and the availability of these is different due to lack of stock or because they are customized, the delivery time will be different and will be made when all the products are available. This deadline will be communicated to the customer by email.

Returns

In the case of wanting to return the product for any reason other than defect, the customer may do so up to 15 days after receipt through these two options:

A) In store: at C/ Núñez de Balboa 46, 28001 Madrid presenting the proof of purchase.

B) By Mail: It will be at the customer’s expense through any courier service.

  1. Send an email to info@elalmacendeloza.com with the reason for the return + indicating the order number.
  2. Use the same or similar packaging, making sure that it is well packed to avoid breakage.
  3. Enter the proof of purchase.

Customized products cannot be returned except for breakage in shipment. In this case, personalization would be requested again at no cost.

Reimbursement

Once received and verified the condition of the products will proceed to refund the amount of the returned products through the same means in which the payment was made. You will receive confirmation of the return by email once the return has been made.

Breakage due to shipment

At the Faience Warehouse, we package our products with the utmost care, they are labeled and handled as fragile products. However, in the event that the products arrive damaged at their destination, you must claim it in the delivery note and contact customer service at info@elalmacendeloza.com or through our whats app 687 500 197 including photos or videos of how it was packed and the damages suffered. The claim must be made within 24h/48h of delivery of the order. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any possible damage. Once the claim has been received and verified, the replacement of the damaged product will be sent free of charge.

Product availability

All product orders are subject to product availability. In case there is no stock of the selected products or problems with the supply, we will provide information to the customer about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value. In the event that the customer does not wish to place an order for such substitute products, any amount that may have been paid will be refunded.
