The order can be picked up 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation via email.

Saturdays from 11:00h to 14:30h.

by presenting the proof of purchase sent by email at the time of purchase.
B) By mail:
It will be at the customer's expense through any of the following services
messaging.
- Send an email to info@elalmacendeloza.com with the reason for the return + indicating the order number.
- Use the same or similar packaging, making sure that it is well packed to avoid breakage.
- Enter the proof of purchase.
REFUND:
It will be made in the same form of payment used in the purchase.
You will receive confirmation of the return by email once the return has been made.
