Tableware designed in collaboration with painter and artist Andrea Zarraluqui. Made in our workshops in Portugal. Each plate is unique, made and painted one by one following the local pottery tradition. As it is a handmade product, the color may sometimes vary from plate to plate.

A)Store pick-up: FREE of charge
The order can be picked up 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation via email.

Monday to Friday from 10:30h to 14:30h and from 17:00h to 20:00h
Saturdays from 11:00h to 14:30h.
The maximum pick-up time for an order is 15 working days.

A) In store:
At Almacén de lozaza C/ Núñez de Balboa 46, 28001 Madrid
by presenting the proof of purchase sent by email at the time of purchase.
B) By mail:
It will be at the customer's expense through any of the following services
messaging.
- Send an email to info@elalmacendeloza.com with the reason for the return + indicating the order number.
- Use the same or similar packaging, making sure that it is well packed to avoid breakage.
- Enter the proof of purchase.
REFUND:
It will be made in the same form of payment used in the purchase.
You will receive confirmation of the return by email once the return has been made.
