Fern- Fuente cake

Rectangular cake pan. Made in our workshops in Portugal. Each plate is unique, made and painted one by one following the local pottery tradition. As it is a handmade product, the color may sometimes vary from plate to plate.

At Almacén de lozaza C/ Núñez de Balboa 46, 28001 Madrid
by presenting the proof of purchase sent by email at the time of purchase.

B) By mail:

It will be at the customer's expense through any of the following services
messaging.

Send an email to info@elalmacendeloza.com with the reason for the return + indicating the order number.
Use the same or similar packaging, making sure that it is well packed to avoid breakage.
Enter the proof of purchase.

REFUND:

It will be made in the same form of payment used in the purchase.
You will receive confirmation of the return by email once the return has been made.
