Maximum pickup period: 15 business days.

B) Home delivery

FREE from €80 (Peninsula).
Balearic and Canary Islands: free from €1,000.

Returns

You have 15 days from the delivery of the order to make any return.

A) In-store:

You can visit our physical store at C/ Núñez de Balboa 46, 28001 Madrid.

It is essential to present the proof of purchase sent by email at the time of purchase.

B) By mail:

Shipping will be at the customer's expense through any courier service.

  • Send an email to info@elalmacendeloza.com indicating the order number and reason.
  • Use the same packaging or similar packaging that ensures the protection of the item to avoid breakage.
  • Include the proof of purchase inside the package.

Refund:

It will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been processed.
