Pickup 24 hours after confirmation.

Hours: Mon-Fri: 10:30-14:30 and 17:00-20:00. Sat: 11:00-14:30.

Maximum pickup period: 15 business days.

B) Home delivery

FREE for orders over 80€ (Peninsula).

Returns

You have 15 days from the order delivery date to make any returns.

A) In-store:

You can visit our physical store at C/ Núñez de Balboa 46, 28001 Madrid.

It is essential to present the proof of purchase sent by email at the time of purchase.

B) By mail:

Shipping will be at the customer's expense through any courier service.

  • Send an email to info@elalmacendeloza.com indicating the order number and reason.
  • Use the same or similar packaging that ensures the protection of the item to prevent breakage.
  • Include the proof of purchase inside the package.

Refund:

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been processed.
